Geodis Park

Geodis Park marked one of Kendell’s first major projects outside of its traditional Midwest market, providing an opportunity to bring the company’s expertise to a nationally significant sports venue. Despite the challenges of managing a large-scale project during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Kendell successfully completed the preinstallation scope and provided onsite support through representatives who assisted the installation team throughout the project.

The stadium features more than 100 custom wood doors and over 350 hollow metal doors, supported by a complete ASSA ABLOY hardware package. One of the project’s standout features was the use of premium walnut wood doors manufactured by Bohlke and finished with a clear Gardell coating, creating a warm and sophisticated appearance throughout the facility. Built from the ground up on the site of historic fairgrounds, Geodis Park demonstrates Kendell’s ability to successfully execute complex projects far beyond its home market while maintaining the same level of service and attention to detail.
