Climate Pledge Arena

Climate Pledge Arena stands as one of Kendell’s most ambitious and logistically challenging projects. Located in Seattle, the historic arena renovation became one of the company’s first major projects in Washington and showcased Kendell’s ability to manage every phase of an openings package. By handling both preinstallation and installation services, the team maintained complete control over quality, scheduling, and coordination from fabrication through final installation.

The project included more than 200 wood doors, over 550 hollow metal doors, and an extensive hardware package. Due to the scale of the project, multiple Kendell teams played a significant role in the preinstallation effort, helping deliver a successful outcome for the customer.  Site challenges prohibited the use of forklifts, requiring Kendell to engineer custom rolling carts to safely and efficiently transport materials throughout the project. Many of the oversized doors measured up to 10 feet tall and 5 feet wide, adding an additional layer of complexity. Through innovative problem-solving and careful planning, Kendell helped deliver a smooth installation on one of the most unique arena projects in North America.
