U.S. Bank Stadium
As one of the most ambitious projects in KENDELL’s history, U.S. Bank Stadium marked a significant milestone for the organization. As KENDELL’s fifth major sports venue, it remains one of the most comprehensive projects completed to date.
KENDELL supplied more than 2,000 door leaves and 900 toilet compartments, with installations occurring concurrently across five event levels using dedicated installation teams.
The project also represented the first time KENDELL paired its pre-installed door hardware program with the management of on-site installation activities for the doors, frames, and hardware. This expanded role provided greater coordination throughout the project and demonstrated KENDELL’s ability to manage opening solutions from preparation through installation. The scope also included Division 10 specialties, further reinforcing KENDELL’s capability to deliver complete, integrated solutions for large-scale construction projects.
Through strategic planning, coordination, and execution, KENDELL helped deliver one of Minnesota’s most iconic sports and entertainment venues, showcasing the expertise and resources required to support projects of exceptional scale and complexity.
